When will my order ship?
Orders are custom made and shipped within 3 business days of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. 

Custom orders are shipped from South Dakota, typically 3-5 day delivery time!

Can I make a change to or cancel my order once it has been placed?
Items are custom made to order and we are unable to cancel orders, We will do our best to accommodate a change to your order. Once your order reaches our printing team, we will not be able to make any changes. We do our best to ship your order to you as fast as possible, so email immediately with any change requests!

What do I do if I received the incorrect item / order?
Please email us at lavenderandlemondesigns@gmail.com. Please include any pertinent information (order #, name, description of mix up) we will make sure to get you taken care of.

What if one of the items I received is damaged?
All defects and issues must be brought to our attention via email or text within 3 days of receiving your order. Please include your order # and a picture of the defective area. All defects found after the 3 day window will not be accepted. Once an item has been worn or washed, we are unable to refund or replace due to the number of circumstances that are out of our control.

How do I exchange an item?
Unless the item is defective or you were sent the incorrect item based on your order invoice, we cannot exchange items as they are custom made by order.

How will I know when my return is processed?
Once your return is received and processed, you will receive an email notification.

Help! I had a discount code and didn't use it!
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to refund you for the amount of the discount. If you are having an issue getting the discount code to work, please email us at lavenderandlemondesigns@gmail.com and we will promptly address the issue.

Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we do! Standard Shipping to Canada is $16.95 and $24.95 to all other countries that are not Canada and the USA.
